Rampage for My Kids

Let's start with a bang!
We know that in order to create the parenting party we're wanting, it's necessary to celebrate what we enjoy most! I have to say, the double win of celebrating is my favorite part of being a Deliberate Creator. Not only is it lots of fun to talk about what's going well, but in our rampage of doing so, we open the flood gates for MORE good stuff to happen!
And what better way to start this blog than with a rampage of love?!
So without further ado, let's bask in a celebration of our kids, shall we?
Here are a few things I love and enjoy about my three boys.
- Quinn's fascination with the kitchen. (He loves to cook, empty the dishwasher, and pull items from the fridge.)
- Jalen's cheeks. I've always admired them since the day he was born.
- Ethan's commitmet to fun. I love how he can almost always be found doing something he enjoys!
- Ethan's knowing that feeling good is what matters most - even when he manifests a (bogus) lecture. His knowing about what's REALLY important is unshakeable.
- Quinn & Jalen's passion for air guitar.
- Their empathy for each other. It's so cool to witness them nurture each other in the name of their own feel good.
- The games they make up to play together. (!!)
- All of their beautiful smiles!!
- Speaking of smiles, Quinn's "grin." Totally clever, mischeivous, delightful!
- Their natural ability to feel and express their feelings fully in each moment. That's a quality they'll never outgrow if I have anything to say about it!
- Their joyful curiosity about everything from refrigerator magnets to caterpillars in the backyard to each other.
- Ethan's heart...give him a ray of sunshine, he'll come back with the sun!
- The way Jalen loves to connect with me through sound and song. He loves to squeeze-hug me and hum. Love it!!
- Quinn's love for singing. I love how he cracks himself up in the process!
- Their authentic and joyful expression of politeness. Seriously, the energy that's behind their please and thank yous, it goes WELL beyond enthusiasm! (Isn't it awesome how all we have to do is BE what we want to "teach?" If I believed that my kids needed to learn anything from me. They've got all that they need right within them!)
- I love how I could LITERALLY continue this list for days and days. There is SO much that I enjoy about my kids!!
;
So now it's YOUR turn!! I know you've got LOTS to share when it comes to the brilliance of your kids, and I wanna hear all about it!
And speaking of celebrating, LOA coach Flavia and myself are starting our Celebration Call Series this afternoon! Call happens at 3pm EDT. You can join us on the call or stream audio online.
